Successful delivery of Construction Fit-Out projects is what I strive for. I have particular expertise in Office Fit-out, Hybrid Office delivery, Co-Working development and a long track record of projects ranging from New Concepts to Roll-out, Restaurants and Retail to Rebranding and mixed-use Development.

My expertise in Co-Working comes from having participated in excess of 1,6 million square feet of development for WeWork (more than £ 250 million in development costs) as Director of Development (UK, Europe & Israel).

I am passionate about fast-track, cost-effective, solution-oriented project delivery. My particular skills are powered by unlocking the benefits of collaborative negotiation and leveraging market-leading methods to "fast-launch" projects. I am adept at leading projects that blend concept design with classic D&B processes - I call it DD&B (Design Develop & Build). This maximises the core benefits of D&B (and DD&B) on larger scale projects (+5,000 sq. ft.). I am a pioneer at combining Cat A and Cat B fit-out scopes for both Tenant and Landlord benefits.

I have extensive experience of increasing occupational densities of both new and existing buildings (imagine 1 per 5 m2 !! - yes, it can be done, comfortably too). These and other construction and development processes constantly push the envelope and disrupt the traditional mindsets of the construction industry.

At PDS we are particularly skilled at establishing successful delivery strategies to achieve shortest, realistic project delivery and have developed an approach that supports Clients from pre-lease due diligence assessments (informing Tenant lease negotiations to improve deals with Landlords), tendering and negotiating competitive costs with both D&B or traditional Main Contractors and crafting implementation processes that deliver earliest occupation - everything we do is always "purpose driven" and Client success focused.
