For more than twenty years, we’ve helped Clients, small and large, to achieve successful outcomes and avoid problems. We have served major, niche and specialist concession retail operators, top leisure brands, rebranding commissions as well as many offices, restaurants, high-end residential, museums, exhibitions, rail and airport projects.

Working as a consultant for clients and projects in these specialised sectors, we know what makes a project truly successful. We’ve also learned how to avoid the dangers that can turn a project from a satisfying success into a disappointing disaster.

We’re different. So much so that our business has been set up and named to underline our total commitment to creating project solutions specific to each and every client, the business they run and the success criteria they are striving to achieve ... real purpose driven solutions. We listen.

Every project is underlined by this fundamental approach to doing business. We also always tell it like it is. We are not afraid to tell our clients, the consultants and contractors the truth, even if it hurts. Because of this, our client, consultant and contractor relationships are strengthened by mutual trust and respect. We prefer to work with clients, alongside them and part of the same team. We take their business very personally.

Although we take what we do very seriously, we also smile and laugh a lot while we’re doing it. Humour is a significant part of who we are and getting the best out of ourselves and the rest of the team. It’s part of what makes our project work enjoyable and encourages communication between all the parties. Attention to detail is another strength. We make every effort to make sure nothing slips through the net, that every i is double dotted and the t’s well crossed.

Because of this, we seldom advertise. Most of our business is generated through word of mouth recommendations and repeat business from satisfied clients and design practices.
