Stephen True MRICS Throughout the last 24 years I have worked on a wide range of small and large projects throughout the UK, Continental Europe, the Far East, USA, South America and Australia. I have been privileged to work with some of the leading design houses in London on the delivery of a variety of major retail environments, leisure projects, exhibitions, museums, corporate rebrands and office refurbishments. In recent years I have become more involved at the very beginning of projects to sense check the aspirations of the brief, looking particularly closely at budget, programme and the best way to get there. Motivated by satisfied clients, I love sharing my experience with one off commissions, pilot sites, roll-outs and flagship projects. Following the implementation strategy and feasibility stage, I oversee the procurement phase and give management support to Andrew on delivery of the other core PDS services.
