  • Analysis of main contractor tenders returned and preparation of a report recommending contractor for appointment, budget and programme for client approval.
  • Preparation of contract documentation for completion between successful main contractor and client.
  • Preparation of cash flow forecast for payments to contractors and long lead-in items.
  • Agreeing with clients cost report format required.
  • Negotiating contractor’s and specialists’ payment terms and valuing any completed works as necessary before delivery to site.
  • Regular cost checks throughout above process to clients.

When the Works are On Site:

  • Valuation and certification of contractors’ works
  • Processing payments.
  • Preparation of regular cost reports on anticipated final account for project.
  • Measurement and valuation of any variations.
  • Preparation and recommendation on the contractors final account.
